Library Rules And Regulations

• The library shall be kept open all working days from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm.
• Sunday will be holiday.
• The counter transactions, such as issue and return of documents shall be between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and with a lunch break of 1.00 pm -1.30 pm.
   

Library Membership

• The library membership is open to MOSC Students and staff only.
• All the students and staff are required to bring one copy of their photograph (Passport size) for Library membership.
• The user shall obey the library rules and getting No Dues/ Clearance Certificate from the library in case they leave the college of Nursing due to transfer, resignations, superannuation, etc.
   

General Instructions

• A person desirous of using the library must enter their name, address, and time and put their signature legibly in the register kept at the entrance for the purpose.
• All members shall produce the ID cards when demanded by the library staff.

• If a member fails to return the documents on or before the due date, overdue fine Rs.1/- per day will be charged. After the one month of overdue, library membership will be liable to the suspended and he/she will not be given any library facilities except reference service.

• In case of loss/damage of books, the member shall replace the same with the same edition of new book or pay the price for new book.

• Photocopying facility will be available in library between 10.30 am to 6.00 pm on all working days. A fee of Rs .1/-will be levied for copying each page.
• Internet facility is provided in the College of Nursing library for exclusive use of staff and student of this institution in accordance with following condition:

• Students can get books, journal articles, thesis, general books, CD, videos, newspaper, question banks for reference .
